Building and nurturing community in the Upper Valley is at the heart of everything we do at Hartford Dismas House. However, in these uncertain times for public health, we have decided to postpone our upcoming annual Dinner Celebration, scheduled for Sunday, April 19th at the Hanover Inn.
We are working to reschedule the annual celebration for the early fall, when we are hopeful we can welcome all our guests, our speakers and our honorees with open, well-sanitized hands for a transformative evening for all our attendees.

As we finalize our plans over the next few weeks, we will be in touch with our full community, including our sponsors and those that currently hold tickets to the now postponed April 19th event.

  • For those currently holding tickets, we are hopeful the new date will work for you, and you will be able join us in the fall.
  • We will of course offer full ticket refunds to any of our guests and sponsors whose schedules would prevent them from participating in a rescheduled event and would like a refund.
  • And of course, if you can’t attend the future event and want to convert your ticket to a fully tax-deductible contribution, we’d as always be amazingly grateful.

Finally, it is important to note that Dismas is NOT at this time experiencing any infections from Covid-19. In addition to following preventive measures, such as now well – known hygiene steps for self-care, protecting others, and for treating surface, we have a detailed protocol and communications plan already in place in the event the virus in some way touches our community.
